We are required to work with a pre-order system in order to offer those clothes to the most people possible.
In this case we make the order available for a limited time period.
At the end of this period, we send our order to our factory, which will start the production of the clothes as soon as possible.
Once the production is finished, the factory will ship the products to our workshop / warehouse in France.
This may be the first time you are experiencing a pre-order scenario.
Don't worry, we've worked hard to make this new experience as smooth as possible.
Thanks to this method we never overproduce clothes, which is better for the planet, we also can set a lower price for our products.
We are aware that delays may scare you, but you can be sure that our priority, our work is to make sure that we can deliver your order as soon as possible.
You will also receive many emails at each stage of production to inform you in real time on where we are.

Note for our international orders (out of Europe), our shipments are DAP (delivery at place), so it is the customers responsibility to pay any applicable import duties and charges on delivery.
Tern® has no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the charge will be, as customs policies vary from country-to-country.
Note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.
