For orders that are ready to ship, estimated delivery times are:

🇫🇷 France: 48 to 72 hours (shipped with Colissimo)
🇪🇺 Europe & International: 3 to 5 business days (shipped with DHL)
🇺🇸 USA: 2 to 5 business days with DHL Standard — 24 to 48 hours with DHL Express

However, in some exceptional cases, we offer made-to-order products that are manufactured after the purchase. In these cases, production time must be added before shipping. If an item is made-to-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page before checkout, so there are no surprises.

We usually ship orders within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

If your order is being shipped to France, it will be handled by Colissimo. For international shipments outside Europe, we generally use DHL.

As soon as we receive your return, we process it within a few days. If everything is in order, we automatically initiate the refund.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. The funds are immediately returned to your bank, but it may take 2-5 business days for them to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in France 🇫🇷. This means that for orders within the European Union 🇪🇺, there are no additional taxes or import duties to pay upon delivery.

For orders outside of the European Union, it is possible that your country's customs office may require additional taxes or import fees before you can receive your package.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as they are determined by local regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the customs authorities if required.

Yes, you can return your order as long as the product is in the same condition as when received — new, unworn, unwashed, and with its original packaging. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return it.
