Who we are
The website in.tern.et (brand tern®) is operated by TOUJOURS VACANCES, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, registered office at 17 rue de la Bretonnerie, 45000 Orléans, France, registered with the Orléans Trade and Companies Register under number 912 392 313. TOUJOURS VACANCES is the data controller for the processing described below.

Card details are processed directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Who receives your data
Only the people at TOUJOURS VACANCES who need it, and the service providers who help us run the shop, acting on our instructions:
- E-commerce platform and hosting: Shopify;
- Payment: Shopify Payments, Stripe and, if you choose them, other payment methods offered at checkout;
- Shipping: Sendcloud (shipping labels) and the carriers delivering your order (such as La Poste Colissimo, DHL or UPS);
- Customer support tool;
- Email and SMS sending tools, for order notifications and, with your consent, marketing messages;
- Reviews: Judge.me;
- Audience measurement and advertising, only if you accept the corresponding cookies: Google (Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
We may also disclose data when required by law or by a court or administrative authority. We never sell your personal data.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers process data outside the European Union: Shopify (Canada, which benefits from an EU adequacy decision, and the United States), Stripe, Google and Meta (United States). These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies or accept only the required ones, with the same ease. Nothing other than the required cookies is used until you accept. Your choice is stored for 30 days, after which we ask again. You can change your choice at any time: delete the cookies of in.tern.et in your browser settings and the banner will appear again on your next visit.

Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing (including, at any time, to marketing), to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting what was done before. Under French law, you can also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
Write to support@ternterntern.com. We answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr), or with the authority of the EU country where you live.
Minors
Our site is not intended for children. In France, a person under 15 may only consent to cookies or marketing messages together with a parent or guardian.
Security
We use the security measures of our providers (encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it) to protect your data.
Changes
We may update this policy, for example when we add a new service. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
