Every bag is covered for 5 years

Starting August 24, 2026, every bag ordered on our store comes with a free 5-year commercial warranty. If something fails in the making of your bag, like a seam, a zip, a strap or a handle, we take care of it and find a solution: repair, replacement, or a credit if the model no longer exists.

This warranty adds to your legal warranties, it never replaces them. The full conditions are in the documents below.
