Would have liked if it was more upfront about being based in France and requiring import duties for orders shipping to the US, as I didn't learn this until after making my purchase and was forced to pay an extra $100 to DHL. Perhaps this is my fault for not reading the extra dropdowns or whatever. Overall, sick ass store. Got me lots of huzz.
you guys sent me the review email before i receive bag, "delivered email" was sent before package arrives
It came very fast, but local mail refused to send me notification that it already was shipped and they received it , but I know they can’t control it.
Including this it still arrived very fast
Nice item, but the tern packaging was pretty dirty, even inside of the plastic wrap. One had a big stain on it, which i planned on gifting. Luckily i got two, and the other one one only had dust inside.
The pendant came with minor scratches.
Tern reported my package as "delivered" even though it was still going through immigration into the UK, not a problem though because Royal Mail still notified me of the delivery status.
