Customs & Import Fees

If you place an order outside the European Union, customs fees may apply.
For orders shipped to Metropolitan France or the European Union (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom), no customs fees apply.
Other destinations may be subject to custom duties, import fees, and taxes.
These are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by tern®.

⚠️ Customs policies are constantly changing depending on international relations between countries. We cannot be held responsible for these charges, which are entirely independent from the shipping fees we charge. We have no control over customs processes or costs — they are fully managed and collected by the destination country and DHL. If you have any questions about these fees, please contact DHL directly.

If you refuse the delivery, you will be held responsible for any shipping, duties, taxes, and customs charges incurred.
