Pre-orders

Some pieces are sold as pre-orders: we make them after you order, so they can take a little longer to reach you. For those, the estimated shipping date is shown just under the buy button.

You'll always know where your order stands: we'll email you updates at every stage of production, and your tracking number as soon as it ships.

Ordering in-stock pieces too? Everything ships together, in one parcel.

Shipping times

🇫🇷 Metropolitan France: 24 to 48 working hours
🇪🇺 European Union: 2 to 5 working days (DHL - Standard or Express) · 7 to 15 days (Standard Shipping)
🌍 Rest of the World: 4 to 10 working days (DHL - Express) · 10 to 30 days (Standard Shipping)

We usually ship orders within 24 hours (business days).
Shipping times begin after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Timings are indicative, based on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and may vary depending on the time of year or destination.

⚠️ During collection drops or high-demand periods, shipping may take up to 1 week.

Customs & Import Fees

If you place an order outside the European Union, customs fees may apply.
For orders shipped to Metropolitan France or the European Union (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom), no customs fees apply.
Other destinations may be subject to custom duties, import fees, and taxes.
These are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by tern®.
